We offer every client a bespoke service ensuring each wedding is approached independently, reflecting the individual style and requirements of the bride, groom and family.
We will create a tailored timeline which acts as a framework for the organisation of the wedding. This contains a schedule of planning which details critical dates, actions and reminders specific to you and your wedding.

Once this is in place, we begin the design process, furnishing you with innovative and inspirational styling ideas to achieve a distinctive and unforgettable wedding occasion that reflects your individual style and personality. With this in mind, we carefully select the suppliers, services and products best suited to your occasion, negotiating prices and managing suppliers, ensuring that they work with your vision in mind. As your day approaches, you can be assured that we will attend to every detail to make your dream wedding a reality. We are available via phone, email and/or meetings on request to keep you updated on how all plans are progressing.

In this package Event Planners NI come onboard one month before the wedding, contact everyone involved in the event and encourage them to contact us should they have any queries; this allows you to have a few weeks without dealing with the final stressful details.

We will create a schedule of your day detailing the order of events as you want them so that everyone participating in your occasion will know exactly what you expect to happen and when. We will also make contact with all the suppliers to communicate the details and to address any lasminute issues or queries. We address all the final arrangements including guest accommodation and collection from airports etc, consult with the florist and venue decor specialists, confirm hair and makeup appointments, band and musician arrangements, photography and videography and generally be on hand to coordinate all of the final preparations. We are present on the day of the wedding from start to finish as in the all-inclusive package to ensure the event runs smoothly through to completion.

You may have planned your wedding perfectly but wish to relax and enjoy your hard work, safe in the knowledge that someone else has everything under control.
As your wedding approaches, we will meet with you to discuss your wedding plan’s progress to date and receive the details of your supplier portfolio. Prior to your wedding, we will create a schedule of your day detailing the order of events as you want them so that everyone participating in your occasiowill know exactly what you expect to happen and when.

All of your suppliers will be provided with our details for any emergency contact allowing you to concentrate on enjoying the day. The day itself will be overseen and managed by us, ensuring that everything looks and happens exactly as you want it. We are the point of contact for all guests and suppliers and we work tirelessly yet discreetly to ensure that your wedding is executed faultlessly and in accordance with your wishes so that you can relax and enjoy your special day.

We suggest innovative themes, colours, products and delicate details to create a stylish yet personal occasion, and can also offer expert direction in creating the right atmosphere and ambience to complement your celebration.
